1. Returns

You may return items purchased from our website within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and labels intact. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts are not eligible for return.

1.3 How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Once you receive your RA number, carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip or receipt.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

1.4 Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50 to ensure they reach us safely.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund to your account.

If only part of your order is returned, you will receive a refund for the returned items only. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
